Holy Cross and Kids Hike Adventure

Jon took a weekend to hike the 14er Holy Cross with some guys, it took them most of the day, but they made it!
I don't know what my girlfriend and I were thinking but sense our husbands were hiking together we took our kids on a hike.. it was way to hot.. our kids are too little for long hikes, but it was and adventure. Brooklyn would run to all the small shady spots and rest, kind of funny. Side note.. what was I thinking letting Brooklyn hike all the way to the top of that hill for me to stay on bottom and take a picture.. Jon must be rubbing off on me. Also Easton was strapped to my back so no photo of him.. poor kid!
